It is important to seek help from others, especially if the bullying has continued for some time
- Talk to your friends: they can help you tell your teacher or your parents about bullying or just feel better.
- Talk to your parents: tell them what's going on.
- Talk to your teacher or your school psychologist: tell them about the situation. If you don't want to do it where others can hear you, make an excuse to talk to the teacher about something else, like your homework, and talk in private.
